Join us at the Ranch for Equine Community Youth Group!

WHEN: Second Saturday of each month, 430-730pm.

PURPOSE: Teach how relationships with horses can improve our overall sense of well-being and joy through a fun-filled afternoon!

HOW: Horse painting, games, teambuilding exercises, and a variety of other creative activities that include horses and other kids!

WHO: Geared toward at-risk youth and trauma survivors from 5-17 years old. Families are also welcome!

DESCRIPTION: Through a variety of horse related activities, guided discussion, and mentorship, this space provides comfort, safety, and hope. We are partnered with and joined by a local non-profit, Power over Predators, which helps facilitate the group.

PRICE: $150 per person. If unable to pay the full price, please let us know via the registration form (below), as well as filling out a Ride Like Darne Scholarship form here, and we will see what can be done to help!

WHAT’S INCLUDED: 3-hour program - run by the owner, licensed clinician, and founder of the ranch - on the fundamentals of horse care and horse behavior, a how-to on how interact with a horse, and a guide to how to transfer this knowledge to your personal obstacles. Also included is a family-style meal.
