However, we also offer an unmounted experience with horses that promotes the development of life skills, including but not limited to leadership, connection, boundary setting, presence, and trust-building. By learning the language of the equine, we can gain invaluable insight into ourselves and how we interact with each other.

Ongoing published scientific studies show data that interacting with horses not only helps with human emotional regulation, but also physiological effects on the nervous system. Blood pressure and overall cardiovascular health are improved too.
